HEIERLI CONSULTING ENGINEERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. finds a new owner

IBH Group Holding AG, owner of the subsidiaries Ingenieurbureau Heierli AG (IBH), Bienz, Kummer & Partner AG (BKP) and Heierli Consulting Engineers PTE. LTD. (HCE), has decided to sell Heierli Consulting Engineers PTE. LTD., founded 27 years ago in Singapore, to a longstanding local employee as of 29.07.2020.

 For more than three decades, HCE was allowed to provide technical support to various ministries and companies in the field of civil defence, embassy protection and protection of critical infrastructure, thus contributing to the security of Singapore.

 The sale is a strategic decision to further strengthen Ingenieurbureau Heierli AG. The forces will thus be concentrated at headquarters, while risk analyses and security consulting abroad will in future be handled from Zurich. Of course IBH will remain closely connected to HCE and support the new management in the area of security analyses.

 According to the Chinese horoscope, the Year of the Metal Rat comes directly after the Year of the Earth Pig (2019) and before the Year of the Metal Ox (2021). It says that it will be a year of new beginnings, where new opportunities, love and money are emerging and promises to be successful! With this in mind we wish the new owner - Richard Goh - only the best for the future.
